We know that you’re used to much better service from us – and we’re very glad that we’re able to return to normal with fast, prompt delivery and first-class customer service!

We’re sure you noticed: things weren’t running 100% smoothly! The concurrence of various factors led to an extraordinary situation in our shipping and delivery times in November and December 2020. We know that you’re used to much better service from us! We’d like to sincerely apologise to everyone whose patience was put to the test in these turbulent times of increased stress. We can fully understand your disappointment, anger, and frustration! With the start of this new year, you can once again be 100% sure that you’ll receive the products you order in the usual prompt shipping and delivery time!

The reasons?
Transparency and honesty are important foundations for our work, and to that end, we’d like to briefly explain the causes of the situation. Essentially, it started with pleasant news: the demand for toys increased enormously, which meant that we entered many more orders in the books than usual. In addition, we were facing huge labour organisation challenges as a company in the very unusual year of 2020 in order to guarantee the work safety and health protection of our employees. This led to increased difficulties in the work conditions of our customer service and logistics departments. On top of all that, there was also a bit of bad luck: we had unforeseeable problems which stemmed from a change in the company-wide business software which led to further delays.

We did it!
Turbo mode has been activated! We’ve caught up on all of the delivery backorders and can now guarantee fast, prompt delivery times like normal.
